Jason MacFetters was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana and attended Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama.  He graduated from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law in 2003.  He is admitted to the Louisiana State Bar and the Federal Bar for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana.  He has devoted his practice to representing injured employees in the railroad, offshore, and trucking industries for the past fifteen years.
